What is Digital ToolKit?

The Digital Tool kit programme is a government aid for digitizing self-employed people, micro-enterprises and SMEs, which aims to improve their transformation, productivity and growth.

How can we achieve this?

If you meet the conditions laid down in the basis of the call for help from digital kit , you will be able to have a subscription that will allow you to access digitization solutions. Your company is placed on our form and we manage everything.

Requirements to be a beneficiary

Be a small company, micro-company or self-employed person in accordance with the definitions in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 (company with fewer than 50 people and an annual turnover or annual balance sheet not exceeding EUR 10 million).
Not being in a situation of company in crisis.
Be up to date with tax obligations and Social Security.
Not incur in any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Subsidies Law.
Be registered in the census of the State Tax Administration Agency.
Not be subject to any pending recovery order after a previous decision of the European Commission.
Not exceed the minimis aid limit.
Comply with the financial and effective limits that define the different calls.
Be registered in Accelera Pime and have the Digital Maturity assessment according to the Digital Diagnostic Test available on the Accelera Pime platform. ( https://acelerapyme.gob.es/kit-digital // Self-diagnosis)

The maximum amount will depend on the size of your company:

Segment I. Small businesses with between 10 and fewer than 50 employees	12.000€
Segment II. Small businesses or microenterprises with between 3 and fewer than 10 employees	6.000€
Segment III. Small businesses or microenterprises with between 1 and fewer than 3 employees and self-employed persons	3.000€
Segment IV. Medium-sized businesses with between 50 and fewer than 100 employees	25.000€
Segment V. Medium-sized businesses with between 100 and fewer than 250 employees	29.000€
